This policy sets out our expectations for honest business conduct and respect for human rights. It also explains how concerns should be raised and corrective action managed.

Protecting information is part of responsible consultancy delivery. Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery

Our Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan sets out how we prioritise people, information and client commitments during disruption. It covers incident responsibilities, communications, recovery steps and testing arrangements. Recovery times are planning targets; any contractual service commitments are agreed separately.

Policy responsibility and questions

Changing Footprint’s Director is responsible for these documents. Each includes its version, approval date and scheduled review date. Policies are reviewed annually and updated when relevant changes arise.
