Working alongside you
From ambition to practical delivery
We focus on what works in practice. That means building on what’s already in place and turning it into measurable, deliverable progress.
Who we are
We build a bespoke project team for every client, tailored to your specific needs, ensuring you always have the right expertise at the right time.
All projects are led by our founder, Mark Taylor, who acts as your lead consultant and primary point of contact, ensuring consistency, quality and a clear escalation route throughout.
Mark has led client delivery projects, developed bespoke energy solutions with hardware and software providers, undertaken many site audits, led teams of environmental consultants and managed sustainability departments, has a MSc from Reading University, is an ESOS, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 lead assessor, is a member of ISEP (formerly IEMA) and CIBSE.
What our clients say
I recently worked with Changing Footprint and couldn’t be more impressed. They took the time to understand our organisation from the ground up, clearly explained the data gathering and modelling, and made sure the recommended actions were realistic and aligned with our operational context. What I appreciated most was their ability to translate technical sustainability jargon into meaningful, actionable steps that we could implement straight away.
Changing Footprint helped us understand our energy use and even gave us a tool to help us compare costs in the future! Thank you 🙂
How it Works
We keep the process simple and structured:
Understand – establish your current position using real data
Identify – highlight the biggest opportunities to improve
Plan – build a prioritised and achievable roadmap
Deliver – support implementation and track progress
You always know where you are and what comes next.
Flexible and Transparent Delivery:
- Every project is built around your needs. We bring in the right expertise at the right time.
- Your data stays under your control. We use established third-party platforms so you always have access and visibility.
- You are not locked into spreadsheets or reliant on a single provider. This reduces risk and ensures long-term continuity.
Careers
We are always keen to meet new people, so please feel free to send us your CV. While we can’t guarantee you a position right now, there could be opportunities in the future where you’d be a great fit – best of luck!
