Our Health and Safety Policy sets out how we assess risks and support safe working across office activities, home working, business travel and client site visits. It covers responsibilities, risk assessments, incident reporting and the right to stop work where conditions are unsafe.

We consider environmental impacts when planning work, travelling and purchasing goods or services. This policy explains our approach to resource use, waste and supplier selection, including expectations that suppliers have environmental and sustainability policies and measure their greenhouse gas emissions. Quality Management
Our Quality Management Policy explains how we agree the scope of consultancy work, select competent people, check analysis and review deliverables before issue. It also covers document control, accessible reporting, client feedback and the handling of complaints and corrections.
People and Fair Working
We aim to provide fair, respectful working relationships. This policy covers recruitment, pay principles, development, wellbeing, equal opportunities, trade union rights and consultation. It also sets out our approach to preventing bullying and sexual harassment, with procedures for raising concerns, investigating complaints and handling appeals.
Business Ethics and Responsible Supply Chain
This policy sets out our expectations for honest business conduct and respect for human rights. It covers bribery, gifts and hospitality, conflicts of interest, fair competition and accurate claims, alongside modern slavery prevention, supplier checks and ethical procurement. It also explains how concerns should be raised and corrective action managed.

Data Protection Information Security and Confidentiality
Protecting information is part of responsible consultancy delivery. This policy explains our requirements for handling personal, confidential and proprietary information, including access controls, secure sharing, retention and disposal. It also covers responsible AI use and the response to information security incidents.

Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
Our Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan sets out how we prioritise people, information and client commitments during disruption. It covers incident responsibilities, communications, recovery steps and testing arrangements. Recovery times are planning targets; any contractual service commitments are agreed separately.
Policy responsibility and questions
Changing Footprint’s Director is responsible for these documents. Each includes its version, approval date and scheduled review date. Policies are reviewed annually and updated when relevant changes arise.
